Adam and Eve witnessed the birth of their children, a set of twins, Cain (Qabil) and his sister Iqlima. Later, Eve gave birth to a second set of twins, Abel (Habil) and his sister Labuda. Adam and Eve were blessed with many offspring.
Allah decreed the command to Adam to marry the children of the first couple with the second couple in cross, Cain with Labuda, and Abel with Iqlima. Adam then told Allah's command to his children. But Cain was displeased with the partner chosen for him as Abel’s twin sister was not as beautiful as his own. Cain did not accept Allah’s command to marry Abel’s sister as he wanted to marry his own sister, Cain, in anger and hatred, struck his brother Abel with stone, killing him instantly. This was the first death and first criminal act committed by man on earth. Cain, then, buried his brother’s corpse. Allah has mentioned the story of Abel and Cain in (Surah Al-Maaidah 5: 27-31)
HABIL & QABIL
5:27 (Muhammad) tell them the true story of the two sons of Adam (Abel and Cain). Each one of them offered a sacrifice. (Abel) replied, "Allah only accepts the offerings of the pious ones.
5:28"If you do stretch your hand against me to kill me, I shall never stretch my hand against you to kill you, for I fear Allah; the Lord of the 'Alamin
5:29"Verily, I intend to let you draw my sin on yourself as well as yours, then you will be one of the dwellers of the Fire, and that is the recompense of the Zalimun
5:30And his soul permitted to him the murder of his brother, so he killed him and became among the losers.
5:31Then Allah sent a crow who scratched the ground to show him to hide the dead body of his brother. He (the murderer) said: "Woe to me! Am I not even able to be like this crow and to hide the dead body of my brother?" Then he became one of those who regretted it.
