TAKBEER

Allah Hoo Akbar
‘Allah is the Greatest’

The first takbeer is accompanied by raising of hands, and both arms are folded.

SANA
Subhana Kalla Humma Wa Bee Hamdeeka Wata Baara Kasmooka Wa Ta'ala Jaddoo Ka Wa La ilaha Ghairuka

Glory be to You, O Allah and all praises are due unto You and blessed is Your name and high is Your majesty and none is worthy of worship but You. 

followed by seeking refuge from Shaytan.
Aaoo Zoo Billahee Minash Shaitaanir Rajeem

 I take refuge in Allah from the cursed shaytan( devil).
Bimillah Hir Rahmaanir Raheem
In the Name of Allah The Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

SURAH FATIHA

Alhamdo Lillahi, Rabbil Aalameen

All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the Universe

Ar Rahamaanir, Raheem

The Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Maaliki Yaomid Deen

The Master of the Day of Judgment

iyya Kana Budoo, Wa iyya kanastaeen

You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help 

Ihdinas Siratual Mustaqeem 

Guide us to the Straight Path

Siratual Lazeena, An Amtaa Alaihim

The Way of those on whom, you have bestowed your favor  

Ghairil Maghdoobe

not of those who earned your anger  

Alaihim Walad Dualleen

 nor of those who went astray 

 Ameen
After Surah Fatiha, any other Surah, or a minimum of three verses are recited from the Quran.

SURAH IKHLAS
Qul Huwal-Laahu Ahad 

(Muhammad), Say: He is Allah

Allaa-hus Samad

the One and Only

Lam Yalid 

Allah is He on Whom all depend

Walam Yoolad 

He has never had offspring

Walam Yakul Lahoo

  nor was He born.

Kufuwan Ahad

There is no one equal to Him

RUKOO
Subhaana Rabbi-yal Azeem x 3

Glory be to my Lord, the Almighty

After Rukoo, the person stands up by saying

Samee Allahoo Layman Hamidah

God hears those who praise Him

And after standing straight says

Rabbana Lakal Hamd

our Lord, all praise is to You

Glory be to my Lord, the Most High

After the second Sajdah, the person should stand up and repeat the same sequence again and recite a different Surah after Surah Fatiha. After the second Rekah, the person should sit down and recite

TASHAH-HUD

Atthayyato Lillahe Wassalawato

All compliments and prayers 

Wat Tayyebato

and beautiful expressions are for God

Assalamu Alaika Ayyohan Nabiyo

Peace be on you, O Messenger,

Wa Rehmatullahi Wa Barakatoh

 and God’s mercy and blessings

Assalamu Alaina 

Peace be on us 

Wa Ala Ibadillahis Sualaiheen 

 and on all righteous servants of God

Ashadu An La ilaaha illal Laho

I bear witness that no one is worthy of worship except God 

Wa Ashadu Anna Mohammadan

And I bear witness that Muhammad

Abdohoo Wa Rasooluhoo
is His servant and Envoy

After Tashahhud, Darood is recited 

DUROOD-E-IBRAAHEEMI

Allah Humma Salle Ala Mohammadin

O Allah, bestow Your favor on Muhammad 

Wa Ala Ale Mohammadin

and on the family of Muhammad

Kama Sallaita

as You have bestowed Your favor 

Aala Ibharima Wa Ala Aalay Ibarhima

on Ibrahim and on the family of Ibrahim

Inna Ka Hameedum Majeed 

You are Praiseworthy, Most Glorious

Allah Humma Baarik Aala Mohammadin Wa Ala Ale Mohammadin 

O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad 

Kama Barakta Ala Ibrahima Wa ala Ale Ibarhima 

as You have blessed Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim

Inna Ka Hameedum Majeed
You are Praiseworthy, Most Glorious.

DU'AA

Rabbana Aatina

My Allah, our Lord, 

Fid Dunya Hasanah 

give us goods in this world

Wa Fil Akhirate Hasanah

and goods in the hereafter 

Wa Qina Azaban Naar
and guard us from the torment of fire.
SALAM

The Prayer can be completed by turning right and then left by saying

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rehmatullah- To your right

God’s peace and blessings be upon you.

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rehmatullah- To your left
